Lap links are designed for quick, temporary chain repair applications. They can also be used for coupling of attachments to low carbon chains. To assemble, insert chain, then hammer link shut or close with a vise. It is recommended to use one size bigger than the chain size needed. Use with chain of equal or lower working load limit.
